The Norfolk Southern H Line will receive grade separation at Franklin Blvd crossing and close O’Ferrell St crossing. Seventeen parcels will be affected at a cost of $2,500,000.00. Right-of-Way Acquisition should start summer of 2022 and construction in 2024.
